8:1 To the chief Musician upon Gittith, A Psalm of David.
8:2 O LORD our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! who hast set thy glory above the heavens.
8:3 Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger.
8:4 When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained;
8:5 What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?

8:1 Въ коне́цъ, ѡ҆ точи́лѣхъ, ѱало́мъ дв҃дꙋ.
8:2 Гдⷭ҇и гдⷭ҇ь на́шъ, ꙗ҆́кѡ чꙋ́дно и҆́мѧ твоѐ по все́й землѝ, ꙗ҆́кѡ взѧ́тсѧ великолѣ́пїе твоѐ превы́ше нб҃съ.
8:3 И҆з̾ ᲂу҆́стъ младе́нєцъ и҆ ссꙋ́щихъ соверши́лъ є҆сѝ хвалꙋ̀, вра̑гъ твои́хъ ра́ди, є҆́же разрꙋши́ти врага̀ и҆ ме́стника.
8:4 Ꙗ҆́кѡ ᲂу҆зрю̀ небеса̀, дѣла̀ пє́рстъ твои́хъ, лꙋнꙋ̀ и҆ ѕвѣ́зды, ꙗ҆̀же ты̀ ѡ҆снова́лъ є҆сѝ:
8:5 что̀ є҆́сть человѣ́къ, ꙗ҆́кѡ по́мниши є҆го̀; и҆лѝ сы́нъ человѣ́чь, ꙗ҆́кѡ посѣща́еши є҆го̀;
