140:1 141:1 A Psalm of David. LORD, I cry unto thee: make haste unto me; give ear unto my voice, when I cry unto thee.
140:2 141:2 Let my prayer be set forth before thee as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.
140:3 141:3 Set a watch, O LORD, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips.
140:4 141:4 Incline not my heart to any evil thing, to practise wicked works with men that work iniquity: and let me not eat of their dainties.
140:5 141:5 Let the righteous smite me; it shall be a kindness: and let him reprove me; it shall be an excellent oil, which shall not break my head: for yet my prayer also shall be in their calamities.
140:6 141:6 When their judges are overthrown in stony places, they shall hear my words; for they are sweet.
140:7 141:7 Our bones are scattered at the grave's mouth, as when one cutteth and cleaveth wood upon the earth.
140:8 141:8 But mine eyes are unto thee, O GOD the Lord: in thee is my trust; leave not my soul destitute.

140:1 Гдⷭ҇и, воззва́хъ къ тебѣ̀, ᲂу҆слы́ши мѧ̀: вонмѝ гла́сꙋ моле́нїѧ моегѡ̀, внегда̀ воззва́ти мѝ къ тебѣ̀.
140:2 Да и҆спра́витсѧ моли́тва моѧ̀ ꙗ҆́кѡ кади́ло пред̾ тобо́ю: воздѣѧ́нїе рꙋкꙋ̀ моє́ю, же́ртва вече́рнѧѧ.
140:3 Положѝ, гдⷭ҇и, хране́нїе ᲂу҆стѡ́мъ мои̑мъ и҆ две́рь ѡ҆гражде́нїѧ ѡ҆ ᲂу҆стна́хъ мои́хъ.
140:4 Не ᲂу҆клонѝ се́рдце моѐ въ словеса̀ лꙋка́вствїѧ, непщева́ти вины̀ ѡ҆ грѣсѣ́хъ съ челѡвѣ́ки дѣ́лающими беззако́нїе: и҆ не сочтꙋ́сѧ со и҆збра́нными и҆́хъ.
140:5 Нака́жетъ мѧ̀ првⷣникъ ми́лостїю и҆ ѡ҆бличи́тъ мѧ̀, є҆ле́й же грѣ́шнагѡ да не нама́ститъ главы̀ моеѧ̀: ꙗ҆́кѡ є҆щѐ и҆ моли́тва моѧ̀ во благоволе́нїихъ и҆́хъ.
140:6 Пожє́рты бы́ша при ка́мени сꙋдїи̑ и҆́хъ: ᲂу҆слы́шатсѧ глагѡ́ли моѝ, ꙗ҆́кѡ возмого́ша {ᲂу҆слади́шасѧ}.
140:7 Ꙗ҆́кѡ то́лща землѝ просѣ́десѧ на землѝ, расточи́шасѧ кѡ́сти и҆́хъ при а҆́дѣ.
140:8 Ꙗ҆́кѡ къ тебѣ̀, гдⷭ҇и, гдⷭ҇и, ѻ҆́чи моѝ: на тѧ̀ ᲂу҆пова́хъ, не ѿимѝ дꙋ́шꙋ мою̀:
